Have you ever wondered what it’s like to be a Judge? How they are chosen? How does a judge decide on reliability and determines a witness’s credibility? How does a judge deal with the effect of Bias on the Witness? What is the difference between facts and opinions? How to put your best case forward? The Toronto Reference Library is extremely pleased to welcome The Honourable Mr. Justice Lloyd Budzinski to speak in this very special presentation.

Justice Budzinski has been a judge at the Ontario Court of Justice for over 26 years, presiding over criminal and family law cases. Prior to that, he has acted as Crown Attorney as well as defence counsel. In addition, he is a passionate educator, delivering lectures at various universities and community centres.
