Prior to co-founding Casey and Moss LLP, Angelique practiced at a Toronto civil litigation firm for several years. She then practiced at a boutique firm specializing in estate, capacity and guardianship litigation for six years before partnering with Angela Casey to form Casey and Moss LLP.
Angelique acts for beneficiaries, estate trustees, attorneys and guardians of property and personal care, dependants, and other claimants. She is often retained by the Office of the Children’s Lawyer to represent minors who have an interest in an estate or trust. She has a special interest in will challenges and dependants’ support claims.
Called to the Ontario Bar in 2005, Angelique is a member of the Ontario Bar Association and the Advocates Society. She is a contributor to a variety of continuing legal education seminars and publications, including most recently the Law Society of Upper Canada’s Estates and Trusts Summit where she and Ms. Casey gave a presentation about dependants’ support claims.
