A few words from Brooke:
“I am particularly interested in appellate advocacy, having acted in or drafted written arguments for six cases before the Supreme Court of Canada, as well as acting on various motions and appeals in the Ontario Court of Appeal, Divisional Court, and Federal Court of Appeal. In addition to my advocacy practice, I provide legal opinions and practical advice to lawyers and law firms on their professional obligations, including confidentiality issues, law practice management, and conflicts of interest.
As appeal counsel, I strive to provide an objective perspective, sound judgment, thoughtful analysis, and excellent written and oral advocacy.”
